The Ontario Passport Funding Program is provided by the Government of Ontario to support adults with developmental disabilities access support and services.
Whether you’re building life skills or looking for support, this program can help subsidize support and services for eligible individuals.
Who Is Eligible?
The Passport Funding Program is available to individuals that are 18 years of age or older, live in Ontario, and are eligible for developmental services and supports which are funded by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services. Eligibility is confirmed by the Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) office, and once eligibility is confirmed you can receive a minimum of $5,500 in funding.
