  • We are currently running a beta trial in central Ottawa, Canada.

    If you are outside of our existing service area, please join our waitlist so we know where to launch next!

  • Before onboarding, every caregiver is required to:

    1) submit a vulnerable sector check via local police services,

    2) provide a minimum of 2 references who can speak to their relevant work experience,

    3) undergo a live interview process to review their skills and qualifications (if applicable)

  • Before new clients are able to start using our beta service to request assistance, we:

    1) set up a virtual interview to learn more about their needs and routines; and,

    2) conduct a home visit to verify access procedures to the home, confirm necessary equipment is in good working order, etc.

  • Our beta service is priced at $35/hour (with a 1 hour minimum).

  • For our beta service, we are offering qualified attendants $30/hour on an independent contractor basis.
