FAQs

  • We offer on-site attendant services in Ottawa and Toronto.

    If you are hosting an event outside of these cities, feel free to reach out in case we are headed your way soon!

  • Before onboarding, every caregiver is required to:

    1) submit a vulnerable sector check via local police services,

    2) provide a minimum of 2 references who can speak to their relevant work experience,

    3) undergo a live interview process to review their skills and qualifications (if applicable)

  • Whimble does not replace First Aid / emergency medical services. Our attendants are required to hold valid First Aid / CPR certification, but in the event of emergency are instructed to call 911.

  • Yay we are happy to help! We’d love to work with you and the event organizer to ensure your individual needs are fully met. Please contact us at hello@whimble.ca with the name of the event and any specific requirements around your care, and we can go from there.
